Don’t let every enquiry mean starting from scratch.

We apply artificial intelligence to your business enquiries and documents, helping you find information, prepare replies and extract data for your team to review.

Tell us what keeps repeating

Less time searching, reading and repeating answers.

“We keep answering the same questions.”

Prepared answers to common questions.

An assistant can consult your service information and prepare a reply. We define which enquiries it can handle and which need someone from your team.

“The answer is in a document somewhere, but it’s hard to find.”

Find information without opening every file.

An internal assistant can find information in the documents we agree on and show the source for checking. Each person should only be able to access information they are authorised to see.

“We read every document just to type its data again.”

Data and drafts ready for review.

AI can extract fields from documents, classify requests or prepare a first draft. We agree how to review the result before adding it to your tools or sending it.

Start with a task that’s worth doing.

You don’t need to change your whole business. We work with you to find a useful first application and check its results before expanding.

We work from Andorra with businesses here and abroad. We start with how your team works, without choosing a tool in advance.

  1. A recurring task.

We choose an enquiry or document type that takes up your time. We look at how you handle it today and which information you use.

  2. A result you can check.

We test representative examples. Your team checks whether answers are useful, what needs correcting and how much work remains.

  3. A decision before expanding.

We compare the work saved with the cost of use and supervision. If it doesn’t pay off, we review the approach before connecting more tasks.

Review the answer and decide what to do with it.

A convincing answer isn’t always correct. We design AI use around sources, permissions and review points agreed with you.

A document with a highlighted passage beside an answer, so it can be checked against its source.

Information you can check.

We define the sources it should consult and how to keep them current. Where the use case allows, we show the document supporting the answer.

Access for the right people.

We define which information the system can use and who can access it. Internal data should not be available to every user.

Review where it’s needed.

We agree what is prepared as a draft, what needs approval and how enquiries the system cannot resolve are handled.

Which enquiry or document takes up your time?

Tell us how you handle it today. We assess where AI could help, what information it would need and what your team should still review.

Let’s discuss your needs

Questions about AI for business

We already use an AI tool. Do we need something custom?

Not necessarily. If an existing tool handles the task well, it may be enough. A specific solution makes sense when you need information with different access permissions, connected applications or review steps in a recurring task. We first assess what you can reuse.

What information do you need to start?

A sample of typical enquiries or documents and an explanation of how you handle them. An assistant also needs reliable, up-to-date sources for its answers. You don’t need to prepare a large database, but you do need to identify which information is current and who can use it.

Can it make mistakes or invent an answer?

Yes. Consulting your documents and showing sources helps with checking answers, but doesn’t eliminate errors. We test typical cases, ambiguous cases and cases with insufficient information. We agree which outputs need a person’s review and which actions the system cannot take on its own.

Where is my company’s data processed?

We establish this when choosing the tools and hosting. Before connecting documents, we review what data the solution needs, which provider receives it, how it is retained and who can access it. Training-use terms must also be checked for the contracted service; we don’t assume all tools process data in the same way.

How are the price and timeline defined?

We scope a first version: task, sources, users, connections and review points. The proposal separates information preparation, development and launch, with deliverables and a schedule. Extensions are assessed after checking this first version. There is no single price or timeline for every assistant.

Are there monthly or usage costs?

There may be model usage, subscription, storage and hosting costs. We detail them against the expected volume of enquiries or documents and agree usage limits. Maintenance and content updates are quoted separately; unlimited usage is not assumed to be included.
