Andorra Digital's Business Digitisation Programme (PDE) funds up to 75% of services like web development, SEO, cybersecurity or artificial intelligence. Nexe Labs is an active provider that can deliver the subsidised projects for your business.

The PDE is the Government of Andorra's initiative to accelerate the digital maturity of the country's businesses. In 2025, the programme exhausted its €700,000 budget and reached 229 companies. In 2026, it reopens with a new allocation of €500,000.
It's not theory. It's a direct subsidy to pay for real projects, with real providers, registered in Andorra Digital's official catalogue.
Four funding lines. You pick the one that fits.
Sector-specific digital solutions
Direct subsidies for retailers, hotels, restaurants and professional practices. Each sector has its own catalogue of predefined solutions: websites with online stores, booking tools, internal management, digital customer service.
The subsidy rate ranges from 30% to 75% of the real cost of the service, depending on the solution and the sector. You must submit a quote from a provider accredited in the catalogue.
Cross-sector solutions
For any type of company, regardless of sector. They cover:
- Website and online store development
- Search engine optimisation (SEO)
- Cybersecurity: firewall, antimalware, security protocols
- Applied artificial intelligence
- Data analytics and BI
- Cloud storage and electronic payments
Personalised digital advisory
The Government funds up to 75% of a tailored advisory service that analyses your business, identifies your digital needs and defines a roadmap with a calendar and tracking indicators. It's delivered by a provider approved by Andorra Digital.
Soft financing for implementation
On top of the grants, the programme offers Government-backed loans at 0.95% interest to finance the portion of the project the grant doesn't cover.
Micro-businesses and SMEs. Exactly the ones with the fewest resources.
73% of the PDE beneficiaries in 2025 were micro-businesses (1 to 5 employees). The maximum grant amount adapts to the size of your business:

When the project is live, you submit the invoice and documentation to collect the grant. I provide everything you need.
The PDE runs out fast.
In 2025, the programme exhausted the €700,000 budget before year-end. In 2024, the same. The new 2026 call opens on 8 April with €500,000.
