What are cookies?

Cookies are small files a website can store on your device to remember information. Other technologies, such as browser storage, can serve similar purposes.

Necessary cookies

We do not store form contents in cookies or browser storage. Visual effects, animations and the menu work without tracking tools.

When you save your choice, we use a first-party cookie called nexe_consent_v2. It remembers whether you allow analytics and advertising, the preference version, and the save and expiry dates. It lasts 365 days from your last choice, is limited to this site and contains no tracking identifier. We do not duplicate this data in your browser’s local storage.

Third-party services

WhatsApp and Calendly links take you to their platforms. We do not embed their widgets in this website. When you open those links, the relevant platform’s policies and preferences apply.

How to manage your preferences

The panel lets you accept, reject or choose analytics and advertising separately. Both are off by default. Opening the panel or closing it without saving does not change your choice. You can reopen it using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page.

Open cookie preferences. The panel requires JavaScript. If it is disabled, optional tools will not load.

You can view and delete data saved by websites in your browser’s privacy settings. If you delete the cookie or it expires, we will ask you to choose again. If your browser blocks saving it, we will let you know and you can continue without optional cookies.

Analytics and advertising cookies

Google Analytics measures visits and interactions; Microsoft Clarity analyses browsing to identify usability problems. They only load if you accept analytics. Meta measures responses to campaigns and only loads if you accept advertising. Rejecting these cookies does not prevent you from browsing or contacting us.

Our Google Analytics configuration limits its cookies to 365 days, without automatically renewing their lifetime. Clarity uses cookies including _clck and _clsk; Meta may use _fbp and _fbc.

On the nexe.ad domain, Google Analytics cookies _ga and _ga_NQTCYKVKE1 last 365 days. For Clarity, _clck lasts one year and _clsk one day. Meta’s _fbp cookie lasts 90 days. These cookies identify browsers or sessions for the purposes described; they do not contain the text of your enquiry. Their lifetime differs from how long each provider retains the data received.

These services may receive technical device data, identifiers and browsing data. You can find details about their cookies in the documentation for Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta.

Withdrawing permission will stop its use, remove accessible first-party cookies in that category and reload the page to stop tools already loaded. Cookies on third-party domains are managed through your browser or those providers.
