What's not included in the program
Domain, hosting, third-party tools, licences, legal notice and other recurring costs you cover directly. I help you pick the cheapest options (you don't need expensive services), but I don't pay for them.
If your proposal goes beyond €750 of work
Don't count yourself out. We do the website anyway and you pay only the difference, at my usual rate. I'll tell you before we start — no surprises on the invoice.
The exchange.

This isn't a promo. I'm not giving anything away. It's an honest exchange between two professionals.
What I do
- —Full website design and development, equivalent to €750 of work.
- —Briefing, design, development and launch — the whole process, no subcontractors.
- —Hands-on support throughout the 4-6 weeks of the project. No middlemen.
- —Basic technical SEO, Lighthouse > 90 and post-launch review included.
- —No hidden costs, no fine print, no mid-process price hikes.
What you do
- —Share the process with me: 2-3 short meetings, photos of your business, basic content, a final session to record a brief video testimonial.
- —Let me publicly tell your story as a case study (on my website, social media and commercial material).
- —Contract maintenance afterwards. Minimum 24 months, from €240 a year (IGI separate). This is the real maintenance price, not inflated to compensate for the free website.
Why I do this.
The honest part.
A few months ago I left my job as a CTO to set up Nexe Labs. I live in Andorra, I work from a coworking in Andorra la Vella, and every week I see small businesses risking it all without the digital presence they deserve.
It's not charity. It's the most honest way I can think of to build a portfolio with real cases, while I help someone starting out the same way I did not long ago.
I still remember what it costs to start from zero. And I know what I would have wanted when I started: someone who understood my budget, who didn't sell me services I didn't need, and who told me the truth from day one.
That's what I offer here.

There's no catch. What I do is the website; what you do is contract maintenance for 24 months and let me tell your story. It's an exchange of value, not a giveaway.
This isn't for everyone.

If you're looking for a quick, cheap website, there are platforms that do it in an afternoon.
If you want an agency with account managers and weekly reports, I work alone.
If you expect endless rounds of revisions, my deliveries are concrete, with deadlines and an iteration limit.
But if you're starting a business and need an honest, well-built, no-fuss website, and you're willing to make it a real collaboration — apply.
